Please note that we may modify our terms and conditions from time to time and it is therefore advisable to check before placing any subsequent orders.


To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site, you will need to register. When you register, please provide information which is accurate, current and complete. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us at info@nicolasexton.co.uk. .


In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated . On placing your order via telephone, you will be required to provide payment details and confirm you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet our terms of eligibility and who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Nicola Sexton Ltd. Nicola Sexton Ltd reserves the right to refuse any transactions if fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Occasionally, we may be out of stock and waiting for delivery from our manufacturers. Consequently we may from time to time offer you the possibility of making an advance payment in order to secure the stock once it arrives. Additionally we may offer to make an item of stock especially for you. In this case we would discuss this with you over the telephone and may require payment in advance.

Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.


Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. It is possible to make shipments to areas outside the EU without VAT as long as the appropriate import duties and customs are paid by yourself. Please telephone or email to discuss this if you are outside the EU.

From time to time Nicola Sexton Ltd may offer price reductions or promotions. These reductions or promotions are only valid for the time as stated in the offer and the products involved will revert to their full price after the stated time. Once an item has been purchased at either full or discounted price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down in the future.


Once you have selected your product/s and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is an acceptance of your order and a confirmation that we have received payment of the goods from you.

Cancellation of an order is only possible prior to the item(s) being dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please telephone us on +44 (0) 1638 717678. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Nicola Sexton Ltd will be completed once the goods have been despatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria .

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.


Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro debit cards.  PayPal, Klarna  and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon placement of your order by Nicola Sexton Ltd. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Nicola Sexton Ltd., we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

If you wish to return an item purchased via the website please notify us within 48 hours of having received your delivery. Please then return the item so that it reaches us no later than within fourteen working days commencing on the day after the date on which you receive it. Please send by a recognised carrier or Royal Mail Special Delivery so that you have proof that it has been received by us.

Please note we do not offer refunds on items purchased at events, just an exchange or gift voucher.

If you would like an exchange we will despatch your alternative selection to you upon receipt of the returned item and having made the necessary payment adjustments. If you are based outside the EU you will need to pay duties and taxes on this.

If you would like a refund, once we have received the return, we will refund the value which must be to the same credit/debit card that you used to pay for the goods originally. If your order is despatched to an address outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Nicola Sexton Ltd. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.


Items must be returned within fourteen working days commencing on the day after the date on which you receive it and must be notified to us within 48 hours of your receiving the goods. Returns received outside these time frames or not notified to us may be accepted at the discretion of Nicola Sexton Ltd and depending on the circumstances may not be refunded or only be refunded as a credit not/gift voucher.


Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Nicola Sexton Ltd website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.


You have certain rights under the law. These include, in England :

1. That any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Site; 2. Certain remedies if a product is defective; and 3. A right to cancel any order for a product within seven working days commencing on the day after the date on which you receive it, and receive a full refund even if it is not defective.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect these rights. For more information about your rights contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Bureau.

We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
