Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions

Nicola Sexton Ltd uses your name, address/postcode and a valid email address so that they can contact you and keep you updated with notifications relating to the loyalty scheme and your account with us.

You will not be automatically subscribed to the Nicola Sexton newsletter unless you request it.

  1. Nicola Sexton loyalty points will be earned at the rate of 1 point for every whole £100.00 spent on eligible goods at Nicola Sexton events and online.
  2. Loyalty rewards can only be used for purchases of Nicola Sexton goods above their face value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Loyalty rewards are valid for six months from the date of issue.
  4. Customers that register for our Loyalty scheme on our online shopping site will earn points on purchases made online and at any of our events.
  5. Nicola Sexton reserve the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time by giving loyalty members 3 months’ notice by email.
  6. When a refund is given on goods purchased in conjunction with the loyalty scheme, points will be deducted from the current points balance at the rate of 1 point for every £100.00 refunded.
  7. Nicola Sexton may from time to time award double points or bonus points when specified items are purchased in conjunction with a loyalty card. If in this case a refund is given on these specified items in accordance with item 6 above, points will be deducted at the rate at which they were awarded.
  8. Nicola Sexton may refuse to redeem loyalty credits and/or issue points, if in its reasonable opinion, it considers that the loyalty scheme is being misused.
  9. Nicola Sexton will, from time to time, use the information you supply during the loyalty scheme activation process together with information relating to your transactions, for the purposes of administering the reward scheme, statistical analysis, keeping you informed through email of changes in your points/ reward balances and amendments to the terms and conditions of the scheme.

Should you unsubscribe from a loyalty email you will no longer receive notification of promotions or rewards earned


In relation to your personal data, Nicola Sexton Ltd is the data controller. It will not share your personal information with any 3rd party marketing services. It may share your data with 3rd party service providers for the sole purposes of administering the loyalty scheme and any applicable communications on behalf of Nicola Sexton in the provision of the loyalty service.
