Online Orders
Online purchases may be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
Items returned outside this timeframe may not be accepted unless under special circumstances, and may be issued as a credit note or gift voucher at our discretion.

Please note: returns are not free. The cost of £4.99 for the Royal Mail Tracked label will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Once your parcel reaches us, our team will process your return promptly.
Event Purchases
Items purchased at our events do not qualify for a refund, as customers have the opportunity to try on their selected styles in person. Event purchases can, however, be exchanged or returned for a credit note or gift voucher if returned within 7 days.
Condition of Returned Items
Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with packaging and accessories intact. Any returns that show signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
