New deliveries
The ever stunning Eddie Daniele jewelled flip flops arrived yesterday, along with part of our Ferchi collection. Slowly, but surely all our wonderful summer sensations are arriving.
We will be photographing Eva Sanchez, Eddie Daniele, & Ferchi this evening along with the new delivery of handbags from Brown & Berry and stunning jewellery from Butterfly, for those of you who are passing, please do pop in and see the new additions to the store!
SHOP SAVE SUPPORT……..
We are delighted to be supporting the Theatre Royal again! This time we are taking part in their Retail Therapy Day, today, 29th March. We are breaking our no discount policy for one day and one day only! Allowing 15% discount. You will however, have to produce your ticket, (which can be purchased from the Theatre Box Office, or the Guildhall on the day) to be eligible for the discount. We are very much hoping that this will be a successful event for the Theatre and help raise more funds for this worthwhile charity.

Not only have we managed to secure an exclusive supply of many new gorgeous footwear designers, we have found a wonderful family run company manufacturing exquite belts with glamerous jewelled buckles. With their own factory we are able to go the extra mile and offer a bespoke belt collection, if there is a belt you’ve been looking for to complete that perfect oufit, but never found, chances are we can help!
Buying for you and the store is such a satisfying part of my job………… I love it!!
New Collections Arriving in Store
Tommy Hilfiger, Pura Lopez, Luciano Padovan and Eva Sanchez are now taking pride of place on the shelves making the store look very bright and colourful. Daniele Ancarani, Nila & Nila, Stuart Weitzman, Palmo Barceló and Ferchi are still to come over the next few weeks.
My own label is selling even faster than expected and already we are starting to struggle for sizes, in fact, we are already taking orders for the Autumn/Winter collections due in at the end of July. Having tripled the quantities from last summer I really thought we had catered for all your needs, but the comfort and design of this wonderful collection just keeps them as the most popular shoe in store!
Our new summer jewellery from Butterfly is due to arrive this week, along with jewelled flip flops from Eddie Daniele and the ever popular Massimo Trulli collection of handbags has left Italy today and will be with us by the end of the week.
A “Thank you” to Joanna Lumley
Joanna Lumley, WOW, what an amazing lady! She totally captivated the audience at the Theatre on Sunday 4th March whilst being interviewed by Sir Jeremy Isaacs at a fund raising event. She chose, and very kindly agreed to wear for the evening, a pair of Luciano Padovan black quilted court shoes. However, after a reliable “tip off” from her Agent of how much she liked the Giovanni Giusti Leopard Print Ankle Boot, I decided to give her both pairs. With no planned interval I was only ever anticipating her to wear one pair during the evening……..but no………….. Joanna insisted on a break (to include a change of shoes) and was clearly more than happy to show off both pairs by making a reference to either the shoes, or the store, on more than one occasion! A HUGE thank you Joanna!
EXCITING NEWS…………. FINALIST
I am so proud and excited to have been selected as a “finalist” of the Drapers Footwear and Accessories Awards 2012. The category that we have been selected as finalist in is, “Best footwear offer in an independent”. Considering we are still under 2 years old, I think this in itself is an amazing achievement, now all we have to do is wait for the final’s…………..

The store will be closed on Monday 28th March for the refurbishment. I will however be in all day, so if needed I can be available.
Spring Collections
At last…………goodness what a fiasco! Luciano Padovan and Stuart Weitzman now in store. Gaia d’este will be leaving Italy next week…. and then sandals, pumps and fabulous summer wedges following for the month of April. Can we have the spring weather back now………please!!
