As you know we are delighted to have made the finals of the Drapers Footwear and Accessories Awards 2012, under the category “Best Footwear Offer in an Independent”

Well tonights the night…… and I will be accompanied by Lucy of course and my sister Alison, who some of you may have met behind the camera at many of our fashion shows and promotional evenings.

The store will be open as usual this afternoon and Friday morning whilst we are away, and Abi our newest recruit  will be here to look after your every need.

Fingers crossed for us this evening and we will be back with lots of photos to share with you tomorrow.

We are delighted to be joining Six Whiting Street at the Ivory Bar on Wednesday 25th April for a fashion show to celebrate their 1st Birthday.

Shoes, of course are being provided by Nicola Sexton.  A variety of wedges for walking, practical pumps and hellishly high heels will be shown during the evening, and of course this time the models will not be dressed in bin bags, but Sixwhitingstreet’s summer collections……

We are delighted to be taking part once again in this year’s “Fashion Fusion” at The Apex, Bury St Edmunds.  See below for details.

In addition to showing our collections on the catwalk, we will have a promotional stand from which you are very welcome to view a selection from our Spring/Summer collection.  We will also be exhibiting many of our wonderful accessories too, which will be for sale after the show during the Beauty & Retail Therapy evening starting at 9.30pm…….. All looks set to be a great evening!

We are delighted to be supporting the Theatre Royal again! This time we are taking part in their Retail Therapy Day, today, 29th March. We are breaking our no discount policy for one day and one day only! Allowing 15% discount. You will however, have to produce your ticket, (which can be purchased from the Theatre Box Office, or the Guildhall on the day) to be eligible for the discount. We are very much hoping that this will be a successful event for the Theatre and help raise more funds for this worthwhile charity.

I am so proud and excited to have been selected as a “finalist” of the Drapers Footwear and Accessories Awards 2012.  The category that we have been selected as finalist in is, “Best footwear offer in an independent”.  Considering we are still under 2 years old, I think this in itself is an amazing achievement, now all we have to do is wait for the final’s…………..

We are delighted to be sponsoring an evening with Joanna Lumley at the Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds on Sunday 4th March……. and so excited that she will be gracing the stage wearing shoes from Nicola Sexton……….

Joanna Lumley is one of the UK’s most loved actresses. As formidable as she is is beautiful, Joanna has delighted us for years in film, on television and on stage.

The evening is introduced by Sir Jeremy Isaacs.

After Joanna’s performance for those with tickets  the theatre is holding a post-show reception on stage and the opportunity to meet Joanna over a glass or two……
